With approximately 18 employees, Maintenance represents the largest single Department within the Housing Authority. These dedicated employees make themselves available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to service the maintenance needs of our residents and staff. The department is responsible for fulfilling work order and inspection requests, preventative maintenance, renovation of vacant units and maintaining the properties’ grounds. The Department also engages contractors to assist with larger maintenance projects.
Residents may phone in their work requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 655-7300 or by using our online link. After normal working hours, employees will only be dispatched to take care of emergency situations.
The activities of the Maintenance Department are monitored by our Maintenance Foreman.
