Management and Maintenance

With approximately 20 employees, Maintenance represents the largest single Department within the Housing Authority.  These dedicated employees make themselves available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to service the maintenance needs of our residents.

It is the goal of this Department to fully complete all work requests within 7 days.  If you would like to make a request, please navigate to the Work Orders page.

Residents may also phone in their work requests 24 hours a day by calling 655-7300.  After normal working hours, employees will only be dispatched to care for emergencies.
