Steve Smith from The Model Group, a Cincinnati based development firm, answers questions about the scattered site replacement housing to be built for Jacob Price Homes residents

Jacob Price Homes originally consisted of 163 conventional housing apartments varying from 1 to 3 bedrooms.  The apartments are located within a 6 acre "super block" typical of initial public housing complexes built in the 1930's.  Demolition of the remaining site will take place in 4 phases over the next several years.  In accordance with HUD guidelines, the Housing Authority will provide other apartments for residents living in buildings scheduled for demolition.  Questions related to the demolition process and relocation will be posted on the FAQ page of this website.
