Please note that at this time our 1 bedroom wait list for family communities is closed due to an abundance of applicants and a limited supply of apartments.  Those aged 50 and older in need of a 1 bedroom apartment may still apply for our senior hi-rise building, The Golden Tower.  While the 1 bedroom wait list for family communities is closed, we will continue to gather information supplied via the form below and will contact individuals when the list reopens.  The wait lists for all other bedroom sizes remains opened and families are encouraged to apply by filling in the form below.
