The Housing Authority's responsibilities are separated in four departments . . . Finance, Operations, Resident Services, and Maintenance. Led by a Director with an extensive background and training in their particular area of expertise, each Department operates with direction from the Housing Authority's Executive Director.

The Housing Authority Department of Finance is responsible for budgeting, appropriating, obligating, and expending funds. This Department operates according to HUD regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Standards.

The Finance Director is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Finance Department.

With approximately 20 employees, Maintenance represents the largest single Department within the Housing Authority. These dedicated employees make themselves available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to service the maintenance needs of our residents.

It is the goal of this Department to fully complete all work requests within 7 days. If you would like to make a request, please navigate to the Work Orders page.

Residents may also phone in their work requests 24 hours a day by calling 655-7300. After normal working hours, employees will only be dispatched to care for emergencies.

The Operations Department is responsible for the day-to-day processes pertaining to admissions, determination of continued eligibility, and property management.
